Suspect Description:
Black male with light skin; short, black hair; approximately 5'6" and described as "chubby"; possibly in his late 30's to early 40's, wearing a black button down shirt with a white undershirt.
Vehicle Description:
Older model tan Chevrolet Blazer 4-door, black mirrors and dark tinted windows.
Incident Details:
A female student, 12 years old, was walking to her bus stop when the suspect's vehicle approached. The suspect persistently asked the student if she needed a ride. The suspect drove away as the school bus arrived and the student got on the bus.
