Prequalification.
Through a buyer's interview, we will determine your needs and wants, and establish a reasonable price range for your search.
Pre-Approval.
Many buyers mistake pre-qualification with pre-approval. Pre-approval is granted through a lending agency who will run a credit check and establish the maximum loan amount you can qualify for. Your price range should then fall somewhere within the pre-approved amount.
Home Search.
Using a multitude of sources, we will search for properties that meet your specific requirements. These sources can include, but are not limited to MLS, TXLS, Magazines, Ads, Flyers, Newspapers, Vendor advertisements, builder spec sheets, etc.
Property Delivery Program.
If enrolled, we can enable direct delivery of qualified properties to your email address. The benefit of this program is that you receive emails immediately when new qualified properties go on the market.
Negotiation Assistance.
