Normally this newsletter goes out on the second Tuesday of each month, but this month that day just happen to be September 11th. Six years ago the meaning of that date changed forever in America. I will not go into the religious and political arguments that invariably come up around this date every year but suffice it to say that I was NOT going to send out a 'marketing' newsletter on such a personal day.
